What They Were Up Against:

When Prysm approached Speak! they were in the midst of a complicated pivot from hardware provider to creating a new category. They merged their massive video display walls with innovative touchscreen software to create a collaboration tool that was unlike anything the world had seen. When you're inventing a category, it's time to go into thought leadership mode and create a need for something new. 


What We Did:

Speak! charted an integrated campaign, and supported it with white papers, e-books, and infographics. Using HubSpot for marketing automation, the nine-month campaign leapfrogged industry conversion rates and turned leads into sales by delivering an innovative and powerful brand promise.
Speak! built the campaign around six workplace challenges that diminish productivity. Paired with whimsical illustrations representing frustrations that take place when humans and technology intersect, the campaign taps into a fundamental human truths about how work can go sideways.

In addition to traditional content like e-books, infographics, and whitepapers, we created iterative contend including a bad meeting bingo and an employee disengagement evaluation.

Campaign Strategy and Planning

Not as sexy creative, but as just as important, Speak! built a nine-month communications strategy for all channels and audiences. Our comprehensive plan included developing audience personas and mapping content to each state of the buyer's journey. The result was a comprehensive strategy that addressed each stage of the six-sigma methodology by persona.
